REMIX gives young Londoners the practical skills, positive role models, wellbeing support and real-world opportunities to move forward with confidence.

Whether you want support, want to give your time, or can open doors for young people, there is a clear place to begin.
Skills alone are not enough. Opportunity without confidence can be hard to use. Mentoring without practical pathways can stall. REMIX connects the pieces.
Practical knowledge that makes everyday decisions, independence and professional life easier to navigate.
Structured 1:1 and group guidance from positive adults who listen, encourage and keep goals moving.
Tools for understanding stress, emotions, self-care and the habits that help people learn and thrive.
Direct exposure to workplaces, higher education and professional networks so opportunity becomes tangible.
REMIX is designed as a pathway: relationships create trust, useful skills create capability, wellbeing supports consistency and partnerships create real next steps.
Meet young people where they are and create a safe, relevant reason to engage.
Develop confidence, life skills, knowledge and personal accountability.
Practise in real scenarios, meet new people and widen what feels possible.
Move towards education, employment, independence and personally meaningful goals.
London’s opportunities are extraordinary, but access to them is uneven. REMIX focuses on the barriers that can compound over time.
Skills gaps, opportunity gaps, wellbeing strain and a lack of consistent guidance can reinforce one another. Our model addresses them together.
Budgeting, communication, digital confidence and self-advocacy are not always taught where young people can easily access them.
Professional exposure and progression routes become more powerful when young people can see and enter them.
Resilience and emotional literacy make it easier to stay engaged, plan and recover from setbacks.
Positive relationships add encouragement, perspective and accountability at moments that matter.
REMIX uses Behaviour, Attitude, Skills and Knowledge as a practical framework for understanding progress and reporting transparently to partners and funders.
What a young person begins doing differently in real situations.
How confidence, mindset, aspiration and sense of agency shift.
What they can practise, transfer and apply independently.
What they understand and can draw on when making decisions.

REMIX is currently powered by volunteers. That means our mentors, workshop facilitators, outreach volunteers and operational support are not peripheral to the mission — they are the mission in action.
Every role sits within clear safeguarding, training, boundaries and structured goals.
Five principles shape the tone of every programme, relationship and partnership.
Positive, nurturing adults who guide, inspire and genuinely care about young people’s development.
Practical skills and knowledge that build genuine self-efficacy and agency.
Actively reducing the barriers that limit social, educational and economic progression.
Vibrant, accessible and relevant experiences designed so participants can belong and engage.
High-quality, high-energy moments that leave people uplifted, motivated and ready to act.
Professionals recognise the value of combining practical capability with resilience and positive relationships.
“REMIX has correctly identified that resilience and wellbeing are prerequisites for academic or career success. Their commitment to building this foundation, alongside practical skills, makes their model robust and genuinely transformative.”
“The REMIX Life Skills Lab is filling the gap with high-energy content, and their Role Model ethos is creating young people who are both capable and confident. They are building the kind of talent we want to hire.”
REMIX’s strategy is to build sustainable partnerships and funding so the organisation can move towards a paid coordinator and sessional worker model, protecting consistency and quality as reach grows.
